In 2005 and again in 2006, the Padlock Ranch partnered with the Wyoming Stock Growers Land Trust to permanently conserve a portion of the ranch through the donation of two conservation easements.  “The Padlock Ranch is such an iconic ranch and represents the rich ranching heritage that is common to Wyoming.  We are very grateful to have the opportunity to work with Wayne Fahsholtz and the staff of Padlock Ranch, and applaud them for the well-deserved award” states Lance Schutte, Stewardship Coordinator for the Wyoming Stock Growers Land Trust. The ranch will also be featured at the 2013 Environmental Stewardship Tour July 9.  For more information click here
