Dianne Kirkbride, Randall Luthi, and Steve Schalk have been a driving force behind the Stock Growers Land Trust’s success. Each of them has served tirelessly to inspire others to become truly invested in our work. We thank them for their service at the conclusion of their terms on our Board of Directors
Dianne served as chair of our rebranding committee. With the help of a generous gift from past Trustee, Don Kendall, Dianne led the effort to develop a unique and distinctive identity for the Stock Growers Land Trust. Dianne’s incredible sense of commitment and strong community spirit are evident in everything she does. She continues to be a reliable source of support, providing sound advice and thoughtful feedback.
Randall has been an inspiring leader and has served as board chairman and a member of the fundraising committee. During his term as chairman, the Wyoming Stock Growers Land Trust was able to effectively build its capacity to meet the growing demands for new conservation projects, responsible stewardship and more proactive outreach. Randall continues to be exceedingly generous with his time and insight and we greatly appreciate his counsel on legislative matters as the former Speaker of the House in the Wyoming Legislature.
Steve has been instrumental in promoting private land conservation in Carbon County. In 2003, he was one of the first landowners in Carbon County to donate an easement to the Land Trust. Steve and his entire family are tremendous supporters of our work and we are very grateful for his commitment to leading by example. |
